By accessing and using Minimizit ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Minimizit provides multi-cloud cost optimization and monitoring services. Our platform helps businesses analyze, optimize, and reduce their cloud infrastructure costs across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Cloud Account Integration
By connecting your cloud accounts to Minimizit, you grant us read-only access to your cloud infrastructure data. We use this access solely to provide cost analysis and optimization recommendations. We do not have permission to modify, delete, or create resources in your cloud accounts.
5. Subscription and Payments
Minimizit offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Data Privacy and Security
We take data privacy seriously. Your cloud infrastructure data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the Service, transmitting malware, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
8. AI-Powered Recommendations
Minimizit uses artificial intelligence to provide cost optimization recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, these recommendations are provided "as is" without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing and implementing any recommendations.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Minimizit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minimizit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
